For in-person requests, present verifying documents. For phone or mail requests, submit verifying documents by mail.

- When there is a risk of harming the rights, interests, or safety of the individual or a third party.
- When it significantly interferes with the proper execution of the Company’s operations.

Note: Any costs incurred, such as postage fees, will be borne by the individual or their representative.
